Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff at a hotel or resort location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
  • Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts.
  • Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
