Allied Universal is hiring an Unarmed Patrol Officer for a financial institution location. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking facility interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
