As a Security Officer Unarmed Service Gate in Juno Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, infrastructure areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report suspicious activity, property damage, hazardous conditions, and policy violations according to established protocols.
• Document patrol findings and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and designated site personnel.
