About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Response Patrol in Scottsdale, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Requirements

  • Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare-related manufacturing location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as required, and maintain awareness of visitor, employee, and contractor movement in accordance with site policies.
  • Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
