About The Position

As a Security Officer - Campus Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible, and help discourage security-related incidents through strong presence and clear communication. You will support employees and visitors with professional customer service, document observations, and partner with site teams to respond to concerns. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Control access at vehicle and personnel entry points by checking identification, logging visitors and/or contractors, issuing temporary badges, and directing arrivals to the appropriate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols, access control activity, and security-related incidents, and communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.
