Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail distribution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including warehouse areas, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries, helping to confirm adherence to site access procedures and reporting unusual behavior, damaged property, and/or operational hazards.
Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing high-traffic and restricted areas, assisting with incident response, and communicating clearly with site personnel during routine operations and/or emergency situations.
