Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related risks.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with site policies and post instructions.
Support day-to-day operations by reporting suspicious activity, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and following established communication procedures for security-related matters.
