As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and potential hazards.
Monitor access points and visitor, driver, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain orderly movement throughout the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations as required.
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
