As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Stanton, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government tourism location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and support visitors and staff with professional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors at a government tourism location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response procedures.
  • Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
