Requirements

• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following location policies, and/or assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and/or notifying the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe employee and visitor movement, and report unauthorized entry, equipment issues, and/or facility concerns in accordance with site instructions.
• Support order at the location by communicating clearly with personnel and visitors, following post orders, and reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to site leadership.
