Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe visitor traffic, and support badge, key, and/or access control processes in accordance with location policies and procedures.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance issues, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, while maintaining a professional presence and following post orders for an unarmed patrol assignment.
