As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help to deter incidents through a visible presence. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter.
Monitor access to the location by observing individuals, vehicles, and delivery activity, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
