Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related matters to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and document unusual conditions, policy concerns, and/or incidents according to site guidelines.
• Support closing and opening routines as assigned, including checking designated areas, noting unsecured doors and/or unusual conditions, and communicating security-related information to appropriate personnel.
