Requirements

• 1+ years of security-related experience required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by completing reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and following Allied Universal and client-directed security-related procedures.
