As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Duty in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a guard card/license, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hospitality location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity across the location, reporting maintenance issues, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support hotel and resort operations by assisting with directional guidance, monitoring high-traffic guest areas, and helping to address disturbances or service-related concerns with professionalism.
