About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Greensboro, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors through strong customer service and communication while bringing our agile, reliable, and innovative values to every shift with teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to property management and/or emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assist with access control practices, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns.
• Support a professional environment by providing directions, answering questions, and addressing routine issues for tenants, guests, and vendors in a courteous manner.
