As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lakeland, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Requirements

Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and sharing updates with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify conditions that need attention.
Monitor entry points, visitor traffic, and delivery activity while following post instructions, verifying credentials when required, and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations.
