As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• prior Law Enforcement or Military experience

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document relevant security-related activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Report property concerns, access issues, and unusual conditions while maintaining accurate daily activity and incident documentation.
