As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Aurora, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will remain highly visible, respond to situations as they arise, and support a secure environment. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor the premises for unusual behavior, security-related hazards, or potential concerns and report findings as required.
Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel on site to maintain a professional presence and support security-related operations.
Assist visitors and employees by providing information and guidance as needed.
