As an unarmed, driving patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a memorial park location, completing routine vehicle and foot rounds, staying highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and assisting visitors with courteous directions and communication. You will document observations and share timely updates with your team, supporting a caring culture that puts people first. Bring integrity, reliability, agility, and teamwork to every shift.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, guests, contractors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a memorial park location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing information, requesting assistance, and documenting actions taken.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of grounds, roads, parking areas, buildings, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and respectful conduct expectations, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to site contacts.
- Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and patrol observations, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site representatives as required.
