As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Communications in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, parking areas, entry points, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting incidents to the appropriate contacts.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications to support continuity of operations.
