As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
Possess a Corrections Officer License.
Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the business, parking areas, entrances, ATM areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
