Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or local contacts.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
  • Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
  • Support Allied Universal standards by completing assigned rounds, documenting observations, and assisting with incident response and/or general site needs as directed.
