Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge and entry procedures, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property concerns to the appropriate contacts.
Support Allied Universal and site management by communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations and unusual events.
