As a Security Officer Unarmed - Mornings in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail distribution center, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at a retail distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicle traffic; verify credentials and direct individuals according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client contacts.
