As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and deliver outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and directing guests as needed.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities through clear and timely reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
