As a Security Officer Unarmed Foot Patrol in Hope, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support badge and access-control processes. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet systems as needed. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor entry in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations.
