About The Position

All Pro Security, a veteran-operated security company, and listed on the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., is seeking a motivated and professional Part-time security officer in Powell Butte, OR. Candidates who already hold a valid Oregon DPSST guard card are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age to be qualified to possess a security license.
• Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Candidates who already hold a valid Oregon DPSST guard card are strongly preferred.
• Possessing an Oregon DPSST Security license is strongly preferred in order to be considered.
• Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.
• Conduct patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activities and enforce client policies.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
• Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing security incidents and daily activities.
• Be able to reliably and consistently commute to Powell Butte.
