Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help identify potential security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.
• Monitor entry points, lobbies, and other designated areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior through proper channels.
• Assist with security-related procedures involving alarms, disturbances, medical events, and/or evacuation activities while maintaining professionalism and attention to customer service.
