As a Security Officer Unarmed Customer Service Patrol in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document daily activities using computer or tablet tools. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the food and beverage production facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports of security-related activities.
Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
