Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, manage visitor access and sign-in processes, and communicate clearly with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access requests.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Answer phones, greet guests, and support badge, credential, and/or key control processes while helping to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and front desk records, and provide general assistance aligned with the needs of a technology-focused business environment.
