About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Response Driver in Wittmann, Arizona, supporting a technology-focused site. The officer conducts vehicle and foot patrols, maintains a visible security presence, responds to alarms and security concerns, and provides customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors. The role follows site-specific security procedures and policies and may involve emergency response activities. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on applicable state and local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures and policies and, when appropriate, carrying out emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed vehicle and foot patrols of research, technology, office, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and communicate site entry requirements professionally.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, document observations, and promptly notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
