About The Position

As a Security Officer TWIC in Freeport, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, manage access-related information, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. You will maintain a professional presence, deliver exceptional customer service, and help deter incidents through clear communication and attention to detail. This is a driving position. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, alarms, and dispatch communications; document and relay pertinent information to appropriate personnel and responders.
Coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor or contractor information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
