About The Position

As a Security Officer TWIC Customer Service Driver in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Requirements

  • Possess a Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
  • Verify identification, credentials, access authorizations, and vehicle entry requirements before permitting access to restricted areas.
  • Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems; document entries, exits, incidents, and irregular conditions according to site procedures.
  • Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and identify potential hazards or policy violations.
