About The Position

As a Security Officer TWIC Badge Driver in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Possess a TSA issued TWIC.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or identification, manage visitor and contractor access, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity in accordance with post procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, gate areas, operational spaces, and the perimeter to help support security-related awareness and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
