Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at the location.
Monitor doors, gates, visitor checkpoints, and delivery access points to help support authorized access for employees, contractors, and guests in a manufacturing and industrial setting.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and security-related issues.
Document visitor logs, badge activity, and daily events, and communicate clearly with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
