About The Position

As a Security Officer Trauma Patrol Driver in Hendersonville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Required hospital vaccinations must be obtained and/or documented.
Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and/or concerns according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, assist with access control practices, and support staff and visitors with directions and general assistance.
Document routine activities, incidents, and policy-related concerns in a clear and timely manner, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or location contacts.
