About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Wenatchee, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must be able to ride a bike.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.
