As a Security Officer Full Time Tower Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access and badge activity, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. In this people-first role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with tenants and visitors, and bring integrity, reliability, and teamwork to every shift.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with visitor direction, and help support property rules and daily operations at the location.
• Document incidents, observations, and routine activities in required reports, logs, and/or communication systems in a timely manner.
