About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Concierge Security Officer! Ready to suit up as a Security Officer in a Concierge post? Six months of security experience required. Must have a valid driver's license. Be at least 21 years of age. Please include your most up to date security resume. As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
Must have a valid driver's license
Be at least 21 years of age
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
You have at least 1 year of security experience

If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
