As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, responding to security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service in line with our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Communicate professionally with building staff, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries and provide information as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and/or concerns according to established protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk as directed by Allied Universal or site management.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
