About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer Supervisor. This role is for individuals who are natural leaders, skilled in team management and problem-solving, and seeking a career in security. The position emphasizes building meaningful connections, leading by example, and contributing ideas and solutions to clients and the team. The site is located in Durham, NC, with a shift on Wednesday/Thursday from 10 pm to 6 am. The hourly wage is $19.65, with DailyPay available. Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
PPSB license required
CPR required
Valid Driver's License Required
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Pass an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
Possess a state license if required

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Scheduling
Ensuring all posts remain covered
Communicating with your manager
