About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to join their team as a SUPERVISOR. This role is ideal for individuals who are natural leaders, skilled in team management and problem-solving, and seeking a career in security. The position emphasizes building meaningful connections, leading by example, and contributing ideas and solutions to clients and the team. The site location is Winston-Salem, NC.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- You have a state license if required
Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Scheduling
- Ensuring all posts remain covered
- Communicating with your manager
