Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a high-traffic government aviation location. You will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist staff and travelers with clear communication and customer service. Using an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, you will document observations, respond to concerns, and work as a team while always acting with integrity in a people-first culture.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government aviation location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, concourses, curbside areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones, documenting observations and reporting maintenance hazards and/or policy concerns.
  • Monitor access points and restricted areas, check credentials and/or badges when assigned, and help to deter unauthorized entry through visible presence and timely reporting.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site representatives and/or local public agencies as directed by post orders.
  • Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate shift updates through required channels, and follow Allied Universal procedures for escalations and handoffs.
