Job Description As a Security Officer - State Office Rover in Richmond, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet and assist employees and visitors, document observations, and communicate clearly with site contacts and your Allied Universal team. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government transportation facilities, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor access points and verify identification and/or credentials as required, direct visitors to appropriate locations, and assist with managing vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or suspicious activity through the appropriate channels. Complete detailed shift documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and activity reports, and communicate relevant updates to onsite contacts and/or incoming personnel. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
