As a Security Officer Spanish Reception Services in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, welcoming front desk presence for tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors at a commercial real estate location.
  • Manage visitor access procedures, including greeting guests, verifying appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
  • Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, alarms, cameras, and other security-related equipment; report irregularities or concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, customer-focused, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
  • Support building operations by answering calls, directing visitors, communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel, and completing required reports and documentation.
