Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service to guests and staff. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel or resort location.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to de-escalate disturbances or unusual activity.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, common areas, and the exterior perimeter, noting and reporting conditions that may require attention.
  • Monitor access points, guest-facing areas, and restricted spaces to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations.
  • Complete required reports and communicate observations, incidents, and/or maintenance-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
