As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Sanford, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities within an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unsecured areas to help support site operations.
• Assist with observing facility conditions, following post orders, and reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
