Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• At least 21 years old
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Shift Supervisor or Lead experience is required
• Minimum 6 months of security experience is required
• CLEET license or the ability to obtain one

Nice To Haves

• Military or law enforcement backgrounds are highly valued

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Oversee and support security officers during assigned shifts
• Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
