About The Position

As a Security Officer Security Operations in Port Isabel, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving financial institution personnel, visitors, and assets.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, entrances, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting and reporting unusual conditions.
Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly.
